Terms of Service
These are the rules of the game. Pretty short, mostly common sense, written in human English instead of lawyer-ese. By opening the bot or using anything on this site, you're agreeing to all of it.
The deal
ClawdSniper is a Telegram-based interface for memecoin trading on five public chains — Solana, Ethereum, BSC, Base, and Arbitrum. You connect a wallet through the bot, the bot keeps you company while you trade, and you decide what to do with your own funds. We provide tools and information; you provide the judgment.
Who can use it
- You're at least 18, or whatever the legal adult age is where you live — whichever is higher.
- You're not on any sanctions list. We don't maintain one ourselves; we just expect you not to be on the obvious ones.
- Memecoin trading is legal in your jurisdiction. If it isn't, please close the tab. We're not going to chase you, but you also can't blame us.
- You have a Telegram account. That part's on you.
Your wallet, your keys
When you generate a wallet inside the bot, the keys belong to you — exportable any time, recoverable from your own backup. We hold an encrypted copy so the bot can sign your trades, nothing more. We don't custody your funds, we don't lend them out, we don't co-sign with regulators. Lose your keys and your phone in the same week and we cannot help you. Back things up.
What the bot does
The bot watches for memecoin opportunities across the supported chains and surfaces them in your Telegram thread. Some actions are fully automatic, some require a tap, some are advisory only. The exact mix depends on the settings you choose. None of it is investment advice — it's pattern-matching software making best-effort calls in a market that doesn't always cooperate.
What we don't promise
- Profit. Memecoins are volatile. Some go up, most don't, a few rug at midnight. Past performance of the bot, of any specific coin, or of any other user means nothing for your future trades.
- Uptime. We aim for 99.9% but the open internet, Telegram, and the chains we ride on all occasionally have a bad day. When they do, the bot has a bad day too.
- Bug-free code. We ship updates frequently and we're careful about them, but software has bugs. We fix them as fast as we can.
- Recovery from your mistakes. If you paste the wrong address, sign the wrong transaction, or hand your phone to someone curious, those funds are gone. Nothing we can do.
What we ask of you
- Don't try to break the bot, our infrastructure, or other users' accounts. Pen-testing in your own sandbox is fine; pen-testing on production isn't.
- Don't use the bot for anything illegal where you live. We define "illegal" by the laws that apply to you, not by anyone else's.
- Don't impersonate the project. We don't have a token, we don't run airdrops you have to pay for, and anything claiming otherwise is a scam.
- Don't reverse-engineer the bot to clone it. Borrowing ideas is fine. Wholesale copying isn't.
Fees
The bot charges a small fee on profitable trades — taken at exit, never on losing positions. The current rate is shown inside the bot under Settings, and on the marketing site. Network gas fees are paid by you (they're paid to validators, not to us). We don't charge subscription fees, signup fees, premium tiers, or anything else.
Referrals
You can share a referral link. People who sign up through it get nothing extra; you earn cashback when they trade through the bot. The cashback rate scales with your tier — current tiers are listed inside the bot. Don't refer yourself, don't run sybil attacks, and don't spam the link in chats that don't want it.
Changes to these terms
We update this page when something material changes. The "last reviewed" date at the bottom always reflects the current version. We'll mention significant changes in the bot for a few weeks after they ship, so nothing surprises you.
If something goes wrong
First step is always to message support inside the bot — most issues we can help with directly are user-mistake issues we've seen before, and there's usually a fix. If you think the bug is on our side, we want to hear about it.
If we can't resolve something in the bot and you think we owe you compensation, we'll discuss it in good faith over email. Both of us agree to attempt direct resolution before any external escalation.
Liability cap
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is capped at the fees you've paid us in the last twelve months, or USD $100, whichever is greater. We're not liable for indirect, consequential, lost-profit, or "what if I had sold sooner" type damages. This is the standard SaaS liability shape, slightly stricter because crypto.
Closing
If anything in here doesn't sit right with you, don't use the bot. There's no penalty for walking away — you keep your wallet, your keys, your funds. The relationship between us starts and ends with the trades you choose to make through the bot.
